Hisap mainly deals in computers and consumer electronics related products, including desktop computers, customized computers, laptop computers, computer accessories, computer peripherals, digital products & accessories, communication products & accessories, office appliances, software, information technology professional books etc. In all, there are 32 categories of products, over 1000 brand names such as Intel, HP, IBM, SONY, CANON, EPSON, OLYMPUS, Lenovo, Founder, Tsinghua Tongfang, TCL etc, from all over the world, and more than 10000 individual product models. Hisap also considers the customers requirement to establish a purchasing pattern that completely breaks from the traditional brand loyalty mode; to become a true consumer speaker who produces the product catalogue himself. Hisap realizes that product enrichment from brands, models and prices help to build a brand new ‘one-stop’ shopping pattern.

Hiteker desktop computers, laptop computers and digital products are manufactured with a series of intellectual property rights and self-produced brand named products for commercial and retailing purposes. All Hiteker products have passed the ‘Flying Sample Inspection’ conducted by the State Quality and Inspection Bureau of China every year, and have obtained the National Industrial Production Permit for desktop computers and laptop computers. With the ISO9001-2000 international quality authentication and CCC State Compulsory Production Certification, 7-process’, 32 – procedures, and 216 item regulations have been satisfied that Hiteker is a high quality brand name. The products have also been appraised by satisfied customers nationwide.

From January 2001, when the first Hitecker computer was manufactured, until the year 2004, the HISAP IT Production Base, located in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, has seen the percentage of its products retailed in chain stores rise astonishingly each year. Currently, 20% of desktop computer sales are coming from Hiteck products, and this plays a significant role in shaping Hisap’s product marketing tactics.
